The 2017 NLL World Champion Georgia Swarm is proud to announce it has partnered with the Atlanta Hawks guard Kent Bazemore and his ARMS Foundation for the Swarm’s regular season finale against the Vancouver Stealth at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Field at Infinite Energy Arena on Saturday, April 28. Faceoff is set for 7:05 p.m. ET.
Bazemore established the ARMS Foundation in 2012 to help children achieve their full potential. The organization creates engaging programming and partners with other organizations sharing the same ideals as ARMS Foundation to help offer financial assistance for young people, including 4H programs, Boys & Girls Club and scholarships.
Through a special ticket link online (Link Above), the Swarm will donate $5 per ticket purchased for April 28 to Bazemore’s ARMS Foundation. The Swarm will also be presenting Bazemore with a donation check to the ARMS Foundation on the floor during the game.
“Kent’s charity does amazing things in the community, and we couldn’t be more excited to contribute to it on Fan Appreciation night,” Swarm President and Co-Owner Andy Arlotta said. “We encourage fans to join us in donating to the ARMS Foundation and help local youth achieve their fullest potential.”
“I am a huge sports fan and always support the local teams, but I’m especially proud of the Georgia Swarm for winning last year’s Championship,” said Bazemore. “I hope some Hawks’ fans will join me at the Swarm game on April 28. In addition to the Swarm donating $5 per ticket in support of ARMS, I’ll be giving away some surprise gifts to fans in my section. Hope to see you there!”
During Fan Appreciation night presented by Mitsubishi Electric Cooling & Heating, early arriving fans will be able to take home a commemorative Swarm Team Poster. All fans are invited to stick around after the game for a fan autograph session on the floor with all Swarm players and coaches.
Fans can donate to the ARMS Foundation online at www.ARMSFoundation.org or by visiting the ARMS Foundation table located on the main concourse level on April 28.
