About the Georgia Swarm

The Georgia Swarm Pro Lacrosse team is a member of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), which is North America’s professional indoor lacrosse league and features the best players in the world. In 2017, the Swarm became NLL World Champions after a historic 17-5 season and brought Atlanta its first professional world championship in 22 years. The Swarm compete in an 18-game regular season schedule from December to April, followed by the NLL Playoffs in May and June. The Swarm play their home games at Gas South Arena in Duluth, GA.​

The National Lacrosse League (NLL) is North America’s premier professional indoor lacrosse league. Founded in 1986, the NLL ranks third in average attendance for pro indoor sports worldwide, behind only the NHL and NBA. The League is currently comprised of 15 franchises across the United States and Canada: Buffalo Bandits, Calgary Roughnecks, Colorado Mammoth, Panther City, Georgia Swarm, Halifax Thunderbirds, New England Black Wolves, New York Riptide, Philadelphia Wings, Rochester Knighthawks, Las Vegas Desert Dogs, San Diego Seals, Saskatchewan Rush, Toronto Rock, and Vancouver Warriors.
