Georgia Swarm hire veteran Atlanta Falcons executive Dan Levak

Levak to serve as Swarm’s Senior Director of Marketing and Communications

ATLANTA (July 10, 2019) – The Georgia Swarm are proud to announce the hiring of veteran Atlanta Falcons executive Dan Levak as the team’s Senior Director of Marketing and Communications. In his new role with the Swarm, Levak will supervise all of the Swarm’s marketing and communication initiatives.

Levak has nearly two decades of experience helping steward high-profile brands, most notably the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United FC, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, and VoiceNation.

“Dan joining the Swarm family is a continuation of our offseason efforts to help grow the Swarm brand and deliver an even better Swarm product in the future,” Swarm Co-Owner and President Andy Arlotta said. “With his nearly two decades delivering results for the Arthur Blank Family of Businesses and wealth of experience and knowledge, we could not be more excited to welcome Dan into the fold.”

Levak joins the Swarm after serving as the Senior Director of Customer Growth & Category Design for VoiceNation, an industry-leading B2B telephony company.

Prior to VoiceNation, the Cleveland native spent nearly 17 years working for Arthur Blank’s Family of Businesses, most recently as the Atlanta Falcons’ Director of Digital Marketing. He led all B2C and enterprise-wide digital marketing efforts and delivered consistent and effective omnichannel marketing communications across the Arthur Blank Family of Businesses during a period of meteoric growth for the organization that comprised the establishment of the MLS franchise Atlanta United and the construction of the state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

“I’m honored to join an organization so committed to elevating its brand presence and investing in the overall fan experience,” Levak said. “As a fan of what I believe to be the most electrifying professional sport in the city of Atlanta, I relish the opportunity to help spread that excitement to an expanded fan base and establish the Swarm franchise as the model in the National Lacrosse League.”

Levak graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with degrees in Business Management and Industrial Psychology before earning his graduate degree in Communications & Public Relations from Ohio State University. He currently resides in Flowery Branch, Ga. with his son, Aidan.
