Full Bio
Connor Fields came to Rochester through a trade in 2022. Drafted by San Diego 10th overall in the 2018 NLL Entry Draft, Fields spent his first three seasons with the Seals and the Buffalo Bandits. As a Knighthawk, he’s led the team in scoring for the last four seasons.
This season, he ranked second in the league in points (119) and led all forwards with 135 loose-ball recoveries. His 41 goals tied him for seventh best in the league, and his 78 assists tied for fourth. He became the first player ever to record 110+ points and 110+ loose-ball recoveries in four consecutive seasons. He’s one of only three forwards with over 100 points in each of the last four seasons, and he has led all forwards in loose-ball recoveries each of those seasons. He notched double-digit points three times this season, bagging five goals and at least five assists against Philadelphia and Vancouver.
In 2025, Fields became the first American-born player in league history to record three consecutive 100-point seasons. In his MVP season, he scored at least 10 points four times while averaging 6.8 points per game. His 148 loose-ball recoveries ranked ninth in the league and first amongst all forwards.
In 2024, he joined John Tavares as the second player ever to record at least 115 points and 150 loose-ball recoveries in a single season. That season, he set the Knighthawks single-game scoring record with a hat trick and 11 assists against Panther City.
Before the NLL, Fields was a four-year starter at attack for the Albany Great Danes. He tallied 364 points in college and was a Tewaaraton nominee from 2016-18. He was a finalist for the award in 2017. Fields is also a member of the Utah Archers in the Premier Lacrosse League.
