Swarm Fans Select Lyle Thompson as Week 7 Player of the Week

DULUTH, Ga. (January 19, 2023) – The Georgia Swarm fans selected Lyle Thompson as the Week 7 Fan Voted Player of the Week after his performance against Buffalo on Jan. 14, 2023.

Thompson totaled nearly half of the teams goals in the affair, scoring 4-of-9 with three of Thompson’s goals scored on power plays. The University of Albany graduate also dished out two assists, leading the team in points, totaling six. This marked the second-straight game Thompson notched a hat trick.

Thompson and the rest of the Swarm squad have a two-week break and return to the floor on Feb. 3, in Denver, Co. to take on the Colorado Mammoth.
