DULUTH, GA. (JANUARY 18, 2024) – The Georgia Swarm (4-2) are set for a crucial away game against the Toronto Rock (4-0), ranked #2 in the NLL. The Swarm, fresh from an 8-12 loss to the Albany FireWolves, aim to bounce back in their fourth road game of the season in Hamilton, Ontario, at 7:00 PM ET.
Facing challenges in the previous match, the Swarm struggled with face-offs and offensive positioning but rallied with a 4-goal comeback in the 4th Quarter. Shayne Jackson and Lyle Thompson led with 4 points each, and defensively, the team blocked 17 shots, with Adam Wiedemann making a notable contribution of 8 blocked shots. which ended up being the most blocked shots by a player in single game.
