Concession Fundraiser Packages

Your youth lacrosse club or organization can raise funds for your program by manning the game day concession stands at Gas South Arena via “Proof Of The Pudding,” the official caterer of the Gas South District. It’s a fun team-bonding exercise that can yield your group an impressive amount of funds in just an evening of work. 

Package Details:

Group arrives two hours prior to face off at one of the nine Swarm home games this season.

Below is an example of funds earned by different sized groups from past years in just one game:

• 3-4 person portable can earn up to $500 + tips
• 5-7 person stands can earn up to $1000 + tips
• 10-15 person stands can earn up to $1500 + tips
• 15+ person stands can earn up to $2000 + tips
• As a safety net, all volunteers are guaranteed $50/person. Volunteers will receive whichever is greater between commissions or the $50/person rate.

*Funds earned can vary based on event attendance, weather, etc.
