Jordan MacIntosh

Career

NLL: Jordan MacIntosh began his NLL career in 2012 with an impressive rookie season, recording 51 points (23G, 28A) in 16 games and setting a franchise record with 153 loose balls. His standout play earned him All-Rookie Team honors and a spot in the NLL All-Star Game. In 2013, he tallied 55 points (27G, 28A), led the league in loose balls with 197, and ranked fourth in faceoff wins (241), earning NLL Transition Player of the Year and All-Pro First Team honors. In 2014, he recorded 61 points (23G, 38A), 204 loose balls, and 25 forced turnovers, continuing his dominance on both ends of the floor.

MacIntosh remained a key contributor in the years that followed, posting 48 points (20G, 28A) and 171 loose balls in 2015, and 30 points (9G, 17A) with 182 loose balls in 2016. In 2017, he had 34 points (12G, 22A), 153 loose balls, and a .491 faceoff win percentage, adding 3 points (1G, 2A) in the postseason. He surpassed 300 career points in 2017-18, recording 27 points (8G, 19A) and 113 loose balls. In 2018-19, he posted 23 points (12G, 11A), 121 loose balls, and became the 7th player in NLL history to surpass 1,500 faceoff wins.

In 2019-2020, MacIntosh continued to contribute, totaling 2 assists and 9 loose balls in limited games. By the 2021-2022 season, he played all 18 games, tallying 52 points (19G, 33A), 120 loose balls, and 36 faceoff wins. His strong performance included a season-high 3 goals against Toronto (4/1) and 13 loose balls against Rochester (1/21), proving he remained one of the NLL’s most consistent and versatile players. In the 2022-23 season with the Swarm, MacIntosh tallied 52 points (19 goals, 33 assists). In the 2023-24 season MacIntosh forced 26 turnovers and tallied 19 points (5 goals, 14 assists).

NCAA: In 2008, he began his collegiate career at Gordon College, where he recorded 33 points (23G, 10A), finishing second on his team in scoring. He transferred to R.I.T., and in 2009, he earned All-Commonwealth Coast Conference honorable mention after posting 40 points (25G, 15A) in 10 games. In 2010, he finished third on the team with 53 points (36G, 17A) despite missing four games due to injury, earning United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association All-American honorable mention honors and being named the Empire 8 Co-Player of the Year. He capped off his collegiate career in 2011 by leading the Tigers with 75 points (43G, 32A) and 131 faceoff wins in 20 games.
