Loudermilk, 31, has spent 9 years coaching and training throughout the U.S., which is highlighted by training Olympic, Professional, Collegiate and amateur athletes across the nation. Loudermilk current serves as the founder/owner of One Eighty Sports Performance, an elite level sports training facility located in Hoschton, Georgia. Loudermilk specializes in lacrosse specificity training for both male and female athlete. He recently served as the sports performance coach of Young Harris College Men’s Lacrosse and works with several high school and club teams locally in the Atlanta area.
Loudermilk’s duties include direction of the strength and conditioning programs for all Georgia Swarm players as well as nutritional/supplementation assistance. Loudermilk has designed, implemented and supervised the strength and conditioning programs for 4 high schools, 1 collegiate program and thousands of amateur athletes over his 9-year career. Loudermilk’s strength and conditioning programs are still used by athletes he worked with whom are in the collegiate ranks and that have moved onto the pros. To date Loudermilk has coached over 150+ collegiate athletes in various sports, several dozen N.F.L. and M.L.B. players as well as an Olympian.
Loudermilk is a certified sports performance specialist (C.S.P.S.) and has earned his Bachelors of Art from Samford University.

The Buford, Georgia native started his coaching/training career 9 years ago, as a strength and conditioning coach in Hoover, Alabama (2008-2011), Cincinnati, Ohio (2011-2012) and Hoschton, Georgia (2012-present). He is married to his wife Jane. They have a son, Mical, 5 and two daughters, Olivia, 2 and Bri, 7 months old.
